These Seller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals and businesses (“Sellers”) who create an account and list items for sale on Tempted Finds (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering as a Seller, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.—
1. EligibilityTo sell on Tempted Finds, you must:
- – Be at least 18 years old
- – Provide accurate account information – Comply with all UK laws and regulations
- – Agree to all Platform policies, including:
- – Seller Guidelines
- – Hygiene & Safety Standards
- – Prohibited Items List
- – Shipping & Packaging Rules
- – Returns & Refund Policy
- – Community Conduct Policy Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal.
2. Independent Seller Status Tempted Finds is a marketplace platform, not the seller of any items. You acknowledge that:
- – You act as an independent seller, not an employee or agent of Tempted Finds
- – You are solely responsible for your listings, descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment
- – All legal responsibility for the items you sell rests with you, not the Platform Tempted Finds does not own, inspect, or handle any items.
3. Seller Plans & Fees Sellers may choose one of the following plans:
Free Seller Plan
- – £0 per month
- – 10% commission on each completed sale
Premium Membership
- – £20 per month
- – 0% commission — you keep 100% of your earnings Membership fees are non‑refundable.
Tempted Finds may update fees with notice.
4. Listing RequirementsAll listings must:
- – Be accurate, honest, and not misleading
- – Follow the Hygiene & Safety Standards
- – Follow the Prohibited Items List
- – Avoid biological or medical claims
- – Include clear photos and descriptions
- – Disclose any wear, damage, or imperfections Tempted Finds may edit, hide, or remove listings that violate policies.
5. Prohibited Content Sellers must not list or sell:
- – Items containing bodily fluids
- – Items making biological, medical, or health claims
- – Illegal, dangerous, or restricted items
- – Explicit sexual content
- – Items listed in the Prohibited Items List Violations may result in immediate account removal.
6. Order FulfilmentSellers are responsible for:
- – Packaging items safely and discreetly
- – Dispatching orders within the stated timeframe
- – Providing tracking where required
- – Communicating professionally with buyers Failure to fulfil orders may result in refunds, penalties, or suspension.
7. Payments are processed through our approved payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Sellers must:
- – Provide accurate payment details
- – Comply with Stripe’s terms and verification requirements Tempted Finds is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
8. Refunds & DisputesBecause items are intimate in nature, returns are generally not accepted unless:
- – The item was not as described
- – The wrong item was sent
- – The seller failed to dispatch the order Tempted Finds may intervene in disputes but is not liable for seller behaviour.
9. Seller Conduct Sellers must:
- – Communicate respectfully
- – Not harass or pressure buyers
- – Not attempt to move transactions off‑platform
- – Not share personal contact details
- – Not engage in illegal or inappropriate behaviour Breaches may result in account termination.
10. Account Suspension or Termination Tempted Finds may suspend or remove a seller account if:
- – Policies are violated
- – Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
- – Items breach safety or legal standards
- – Repeated complaints are received Decisions are final and made to protect the community.
11. LiabilityYou agree that:
- – Tempted Finds is not responsible for your items, actions, or transactions
- – You are solely liable for the items you list and sell
- – You will indemnify Tempted Finds against claims arising from your listings or conduct The Platform provides a venue only.
12. Changes to These TermsTempted Finds may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
