Tempted Finds – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Tempted Finds (“the Platform”), operated by Tempted Finds Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, all users (“Buyers” and “Sellers”) agree to these Terms.

Tempted Finds Ltd is a marketplace platform. We do not own, inspect, or sell any items listed by Sellers.

2. Definitions

Platform: The Tempted Finds website and services.
Seller: Any user listing items for sale.
Buyer: Any user purchasing items.
Listing: Any product or item uploaded by a Seller.

SELLER TERMS

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are fully responsible for:

The items they list
Accuracy of descriptions and photos
Condition, legality, and hygiene of products
Packaging and shipping orders on time
Handling returns, refunds, and disputes
Complying with UK laws and regulations

Tempted Finds Ltd is not the seller of any items.

4. Product Condition & Hygiene

Sellers must:

Ensure all items are clean, safe, and accurately described
Follow strict hygiene rules for intimate items
Clearly state whether an item is new, unused, or pre-owned
Not list unsafe, damaged, or illegal items

Sellers accept full responsibility for product safety and hygiene.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed:

Illegal items under UK law
Stolen goods
Items with bodily fluids or unsafe contamination
Damaged or unsafe electrical items
Weapons or restricted items
Counterfeit or trademark‑infringing goods

We may remove any listing that violates these rules.

6. Payments, Fees & Taxes

Tempted Finds charges a 15% commission per sale.
Sellers are responsible for their own taxes and reporting.
Tempted Finds does not provide tax advice.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Sellers must:

Set accurate shipping fees
Ship items within the timeframe stated
Use appropriate packaging
Provide proof of postage when requested

Delivery issues are between Buyer and Seller.

8. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Sellers are responsible for:

Handling return requests
Resolving disputes
Providing refunds where required by law

Tempted Finds may assist communication but is not responsible for outcomes.

9. Seller Liability

Sellers accept full responsibility for:

Their listings
Any claims, damages, or losses arising from their products
Hygiene, safety, legality, and accuracy of items

BUYER TERMS

10. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

Read item descriptions carefully before purchasing
Ask Sellers questions when needed
Provide accurate delivery information
Understand that Tempted Finds is a marketplace, not the seller

11. Buyer Acknowledgements

Buyers acknowledge that:

Items are sold by independent Sellers, not Tempted Finds Ltd
Condition and accuracy of items are the Seller’s responsibility
Tempted Finds does not inspect or verify items
Any disputes must be resolved with the Seller

12. Refunds & Returns

Buyers must contact the Seller directly for:

Refund requests
Return arrangements
Issues with item condition or delivery

Tempted Finds may assist communication but is not responsible for refunds.

PLATFORM TERMS

13. Platform Liability

Tempted Finds Ltd:

Is not the seller of any items
Does not inspect or verify products
Is not responsible for product safety, legality, or hygiene
Is not liable for disputes between Buyers and Sellers
Provides a platform for independent users to transact

Your use of the Platform does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

14. Account Conduct

Users must:

Provide accurate information
Not misuse the Platform
Not attempt to bypass fees
Maintain respectful communication

15. Removal of Listings

We may remove any listing that:

Violates these Terms
Appears unsafe or illegal
Poses a risk to users or the Platform

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Breaching these Terms
Fraudulent or unsafe behaviour
Repeated complaints

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
