These Buyer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals who browse, create an account, or make purchases on Tempted Finds (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. EligibilityTo use Tempted Finds, you must:
- – Be at least 18 years old – Provide accurate account information
- – Comply with all UK laws and regulations
- – Agree to all Platform policies, including:
- – Buyer Guidelines
- – Returns & Refund Policy
- – Community Conduct Policy
- – Prohibited Items List Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
2. Marketplace Role Tempted Finds is a marketplace platform, not the seller of any items. You acknowledge that:
- – Each item is sold directly by an independent seller
- – Tempted Finds does not own, inspect, or handle any items
- – Tempted Finds is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or description of items
- – Any contract of sale is strictly between you and the seller Tempted Finds provides the venue only.
3. Buyer Responsibilities As a buyer, you agree to:
- – Read item descriptions carefully before purchasing
- – Ask sellers questions if you need clarification
- – Provide accurate delivery information
- – Communicate respectfully with sellers
- – Not request or encourage illegal, inappropriate, or off‑platform transactions You are responsible for ensuring your purchase complies with local laws.
4. Prohibited ConductBuyers must not:
- – Request explicit content
- – Request biological or medical claims
- – Harass or pressure sellers
- – Attempt to move transactions off‑platform
- – Abuse the dispute or refund process
- – Use false information or fraudulent payment methods Violations may result in account removal.
5. PaymentsPayments are processed securely through our approved payment provider (e.g., Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to:
- – Provide valid payment details
- – Allow the payment provider to verify your identity if required
- – Accept that Tempted Finds is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider Tempted Finds does not store your card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery Sellers are responsible for dispatching items. Buyers agree to:
- – Provide a correct delivery address
- – Understand that dispatch times vary by seller
- – Allow reasonable time for delivery If an item is lost or delayed, Tempted Finds may assist but is not liable for postal issues.
7. Refunds & ReturnsDue to the intimate nature of items sold on Tempted Finds, returns are generally not accepted.Refunds may be granted only when:
- – The item was not as described
- – The wrong item was sent
- – The seller failed to dispatch the order Refund decisions are made to protect both buyers and sellers.
8. DisputesIf an issue arises:
- – Contact the seller first
- – If unresolved, open a dispute through the Platform
- – Provide clear evidence (photos, messages, etc.)Tempted Finds may review the case and make a final decision. We are not liable for seller behaviour but may intervene to maintain fairness.
9. Account Suspension or Termination Tempted Finds may suspend or remove buyer accounts if:
- – Policies are violated
- – Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
- – Harassment or inappropriate behaviour occurs
- – Chargebacks are abused Decisions are final and made to protect the community.
10. LiabilityYou agree that:
- – Tempted Finds is not responsible for items sold by independent sellers
- – Tempted Finds is not liable for loss, damage, or dissatisfaction with a purchase
- – You will not hold Tempted Finds responsible for seller actions or item condition Your contract is with the seller, not the Platform.
11. Changes to These TermsTempted Finds may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
